Honestly, the best shop in Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor. I have been to this Shop twice with two different cars and every time they have done nothing but great service. The technicians found other minor & not so minor issues with my vehicle & they made sure everything was repaired before my car left the shop, AT NO EXTRA COST! Justin was beyond professional when I spoke with him & incredibly knowledgeable when it came to warranty companies & even provided recommendations for companies that provide incredible service. As a woman it's hard to find reputable places that won't take advantage of me, this team at Ann Arbor transmission went above & beyond what words can describe. Echo (the most handsome shop dog) was the star of the shop & also provided greeting services as soon as I entered & promptly sniffed to ensure customer satisfaction.
