Honestly, the best shop in Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor. I have been to this Shop twice with two different cars and every time they have done nothing but great service. When I say, I think I found the one to go to that I would never stray away from, it’s Ann Arbor Transmissions. Sidenote: It was months ago when I got service and I randomly decided to do this on my own because they are that great.

Ann Arbor Transmission treats customers like family! My transmission went out, Ron fought for me when it came to my warranty company & provided elite customer service the entire process, keeping me informed & eased my worries. The technicians found other minor & not so minor issues with my vehicle & they made sure everything was repaired before my car left the shop, AT NO EXTRA COST! Justin was beyond professional when I spoke with him & incredibly knowledgeable when it came to warranty companies & even provided recommendations for companies that provide incredible service. As a woman it's hard to find reputable places that won't take advantage of me, this team at Ann Arbor transmission went above & beyond what words can describe. Echo (the most handsome shop dog) was the star of the shop & also provided greeting services as soon as I entered & promptly sniffed to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you Ron & Justin & everyone at Ann Arbor Transmission for treating me like family & going above & beyond. Excellent, time-sensitive services. 1,000/10
